Step 1: Drawing Review
Send us your 2D CAD drawings or PDFs. Our engineering team reviews for manufacturability and provides feedback within 24 hours.
Step 2: Quotation
Receive a detailed quote including material cost, tooling fees, and lead time. Standard SKU modifications are free; new cavities quoted based on complexity.
Step 3: Prototype
We produce a sample mould for your approval. Cast a test piece, verify dimensions, and confirm quality before full production.
Step 4: Production
After prototype approval, we move to full production. Typical turnaround: 7-15 days for standard projects, 20-30 days for complex custom designs.
