Who We Are

Jiaxing Zhihua Technology Co., Ltd. is a specialised manufacturer of plastic moulds for precast concrete products, headquartered in Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Our moulds are used to produce concrete elements for municipal infrastructure, highways, railways, hydraulic engineering, and urban landscaping — from manhole covers and kerbstones to slope protection blocks and drainage channel covers.

With a production base of approximately 50 000 m², we operate our own injection moulding lines, assembly workshops, and quality control laboratories. Every mould that leaves our factory has passed dimensional inspection and a sample pour test.

We serve precast factories, municipal contractors, railway project procurement teams, and construction-material importers across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, the CIS, and Latin America.

Manufacturing Capability

Our facility houses injection moulding machines from 200 T to 1 500 T clamping force, enabling us to produce moulds ranging from small paver inserts (200 mm) to large manhole cover moulds (Ø 1 200 mm).

We use virgin PP (polypropylene) and ABS resins — never recycled regrind — to ensure each mould withstands 300+ pour cycles without dimensional drift.

Quality Control

Every production batch follows a three-step protocol:

• Raw material verification — MFI and density testing on incoming resin.
• In-process dimensional check — CMM measurement at ±0.3 mm tolerance.
• Sample pour test — we cast one concrete piece from each new mould cavity and verify the finished product's dimensions before shipping.
